Nigiri Sushi Recipe

Ingredients:
-8 ounces raw fish of choice (salmon or tuna)
-2 tablespoon wasabi paste
-2 cup cooked sushi rice
-¼ cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Placethe fish on a plate and spread the wasabi paste along the middle of the fillet. Slice the fish into bite-sized pieces ¼-inch thick.
2. Moisten hands with cold water and put about 1-2 tablespoons of sushi rice in your palm.
3.Firmly press 1-2 pieces of fish onto the sushi rice. Use your hands to shape it into an log.
