Daikon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

-1 lb pasta
-3/4 lb ground daikon
-4 pieces of bacon (chopped)
-2 mushrooms (sliced)
-1 clove of garlic (sliced)
-1/2 lb eggplant (1/4″ slices)
-4 tbps soy sauce
 
Preparation
  1. Boil pasta until cooked
  2. Mix 1/2 cup hot water with ground daikon and soy sauce
  3. Heat the garlic then add bacon
  4. Add eggplant and mushrooms, cook for 4 minutes
  5. Add the mixed daikon sauce; turn off the heat and stir
  6. Add with pasta and serve
