Ingredients
-1 lb pasta
-3/4 lb ground daikon
-4 pieces of bacon (chopped)
-2 mushrooms (sliced)
-1 clove of garlic (sliced)
-1/2 lb eggplant (1/4″ slices)
-4 tbps soy sauce
Preparation
- Boil pasta until cooked
- Mix 1/2 cup hot water with ground daikon and soy sauce
- Heat the garlic then add bacon
- Add eggplant and mushrooms, cook for 4 minutes
- Add the mixed daikon sauce; turn off the heat and stir
- Add with pasta and serve
