Niratama Recipe

Time: 10 minutes
-1 lb nira (chopped)
-2 eggs
-1 tbsp sake
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tsp oyster sauce
-1 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tsp sesame seeds
  1. Mix sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil in a bowl
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir nira for 6 minutes
  4. Pour eggs beside frying pan and stir
  5. Add all ingredients together and stir
