Ingredients
-1.5 russet potato or sweet potato
-1/8 medium onion (chopped)
-5 tsp pickles (chopped)
-0.25 lb ham (chopped)
-2 eggs
-6 tsp Japanese mayonnaise

Preparation
- Boil potatoes for 30-45 minutes until they are soft then peel the skin
- Add onions and stir
- Boil eggs, crush, and mix with mayonnaise, pickles, ham and add to potatoes
- Add salt pepper to taste
