Potato Salad Recipe

4 servings
Time: 30 minutes
-1.5 russet potato or sweet potato
-1/8 medium onion (chopped)
-5 tsp pickles (chopped)
-0.25 lb ham (chopped)
-2 eggs
-6 tsp Japanese mayonnaise
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
  1. Boil potatoes for 30-45 minutes until they are soft then peel the skin
  2. Add onions and stir
  3. Boil eggs, crush, and mix with mayonnaise, pickles, ham and add to potatoes
  4. Add salt pepper to taste
