Gyoza Soup Recipe

Ingredients
-20 gyoza pieces
-1/3 lb spinach (chopped)
-1 cup bean sprouts
-1/2 carrot (cubed)
-1 bok choy (chopped)
-4 tbsp soy sauce

-3 tsp sesame oil
-2 tsp salt
-2 tbsp chicken bullion
 
Preparation
  1. Mix all spices in a bowl (chicken bouillon powder, soy sauce, sake, salt, sesame oil).
  2. Add 4 cup of water and carrots in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add mixed spices and stir
  4. Add gyoza and vegetables, then cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes over high heat
