Sesame Cucumber Salad Recipe

Time: 20 minutes

-3/4 lb cucumber (sliced)
-2 tbsp sesame seeds (ground
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-1 tsp salt
-1 tbsp soy sauce
  1. Rub salt on the cucumber slices in a bowl and set in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain water from the bowl
  3. Add all ingredients together and put it back the fridge for 10 minutes
