Ingredients
-3 bundles of soba noodles
-1/2 cup grated radish
-1/4 cup of green onion
-2 tsp hon dashi
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup mirin
Preparation
- Mix spices together and have two cups of water to boil for the noodles
- Boil Soba noodles for 12 minutes or when they are ready, rinse with cold water and strain
- For cold soba, add ice or for hot soba eat right away.
