Beef Sukiyaki Udon Recipe

Time: 15 minutes
-1 lb sliced beef
-1/2 onion (sliced)
-4 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sake
-2 tbsp mirin
-4 tbsp sugar
Ingredients for udon
-4 pack of frozen udon
-4 slice of soft tofu
-1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
-3 cup dashi soup-5 tbsp soy sauce
-4 tbsp mirin
-1 tbsp sake
-2 tbsp sugar
  1. Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar in a small bowl
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir onion for 5 minutes
  3. Add beef, stir for 5 minutes, then add spices. Stir until the liquid evaporates, then set it aside
  4. Boil dashi soup then add soy sauce, sale, mirin and sugar
  5. Add Udo and boil till udon is cooked
  6. Put udon and soup in a bowl, then add tofu and sukiyaki beef on top
