Kushikatsu recipe

Time: 1 hour
-1 medium onion
-1 lb pork
-2 sweet potatoes
-2 green onion
-1 eggplant
-1 block of cheese
-1/4 cup flour
-2 beaten eggs
-20 bamboo skewers
-tonkatsu sauce
-salt and pepper
  1. Cut the meat and vegetables into bite size for skewing with the bamboo sticks
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until they are soft
  3. Stick vegetables and cheese on sticks separately
  4. Stick pork with green onion on the sticks and add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Sprinkle flour on both sides of the skewers then dredge in egg then cover with Panko.
  6. Deep fry ingredients until golden brown (about 3 minutes on each side)
  7. Transfer to a plate or platter covered with paper towels to soak up the oil
  8. Serve with tonkatsu sauce for dipping
