Tonkatsu Recipe

4 servings
Time: 20 minutes
-4 pieces of chicken breast
-1/4 cup chopped green onion
-2 beaten egg
-2 cup Panko (or breadcrumbs)
-salt and pepper
-1/2 cup flour
-2 tsp butter
-1 tsp soy sauce
  1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
  2. Add butter, green onion and soy sauce on the inside of the chicken breast
  3. Add flour on both sides of each chicken then dredge in egg. Cover with Panko.
  4. Deep fry chicken until golden brown (about 4 minutes on each side)
  5. Remove chicken and let it cool for 2 minutes before serving
