Ingredients
-4 pieces of chicken breast-1/4 cup chopped green onion
-2 beaten egg
-2 cup Panko (or breadcrumbs)

-1/2 cup flour
-2 tsp butter
-1 tsp soy sauce
-1/2 cup flour

Preparation
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
- Add butter, green onion and soy sauce on the inside of the chicken breast
- Add flour on both sides of each chicken then dredge in egg. Cover with Panko.
- Deep fry chicken until golden brown (about 4 minutes on each side)
- Remove chicken and let it cool for 2 minutes before serving
