Okonomiyaki Recipe

Time: 25 minutes
-3 cups okonomiyaki powder
-2 cups water
-2 eggs beaten
-1 lb sliced beef
-5 cups sliced cabbage
-1 cup chopped green onion
-1 cup bonito
-8 tsp okonomiyaki sauce
-4 tsp Japanese mayonnaise
  1. Stir the okonomiyaki powder with water in a bowl until smooth
  2. Add then stir in egg, cabbage, green onion
  3. In a seperate pan cook beef thoroughly, then once finished placed aside
  4. Heat oil in new frying pan then pour in the batter in a pancake shape
  5. Put the beef on top of the cake, flip the cake, and cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Spread on okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle on some bonito
