Garlic Beef Recipe

4 servings
Time: 20 minutes
-1 lb sliced beef (sukiyaki beef, chopped into 3″ pieces)
-1/2 lb chives (chopped into 2″ pieces)
-1/4 lb bean sprouts
-1 green onion
-2 cloves of garlic (sliced thin)
-4 tbps soy sauce
-4 tbsp mirin
-4 tsp chicken soup powder
-salt and pepper
-ground sesame (optional)
  1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, chicken powder and ground garlic in a bowl
  2. Heat sliced garlic in a frying pan and cook green onion for 2 minutes
  3. Add beef with some salt and pepper, then transfer beef to a dish when it is cooked through
  4. Add bean sprouts, and mixed spice in a frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
  5. Add all ingredients together in the pan and cook for 3 minutes, top off with some sesame seeds
