Beef Fried Rice Recipe

4 servings
Time: 15 minutes
-1 lb chopped beef
-4 cups of steamed rice
-1/2 onion (chopped)
-1/2 cup chopped green onion
-1/2 oz pickled ginger (minced)
-2 egg (beaten)
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-3 tbsp mirin
-3 tbsp sake
-1 tbsp salt and pepper

  1. Cook beef thoroughly in a pan
  2. Add onion and green onion and let it cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add rice, egg and ginger and stir constantly for 3 minutes
  4. Add mirin, sake, soy sauce and stir for 2 minutes then sprinkle salt and pepper
