Philadelphia Sushi Roll Recipe

-16oz cream cheese, cut into long, thin sticks
-2 cup cooked sushi rice
-8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
-4 nori seaweed sheets
-4 green onions


1. Place one sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo rolling mat - make sure the shiny side is facing down. Cover the seaweed with a thin layer of sushi rice

2. Place ingredients on the center of the sushi rice length wise.

3. Roll the sushi into a log. Slice into ¾-inch pieces and serve immediately.
