Ingredients
-4 eggs
-3 tbsp of mirin
-2 tbsp of soy sauce
-2 tbsp of sugar
-seaweed
Directions:
1.Mix all ingredients together and heat in a pan
2.After 3-4 min, use a kitchen spoon to fold the omelet twice.
